1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, accessing, or playing Panel Swap, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.
2. Permission to use the game
WebbStudios gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Panel Swap for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store or platform through which you received it. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Player identity and approved names
Online features use an anonymous account created through Unity Authentication. Panel Swap lets players assemble a display name from an approved word list. Your display name, badge, level, and gameplay results may be visible to opponents and on leaderboards. You may not try to bypass name controls, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an affiliation.
Anonymous accounts may be unrecoverable after uninstalling, clearing app data, changing devices, or losing stored credentials. WebbStudios is not responsible for progress lost for those reasons.
4. Gameplay, lives, advertisements, and Ad-Free
Lives are a timed gameplay resource and have no cash value. The game may offer an optional rewarded advertisement that grants lives after the ad provider confirms successful completion. Ad availability and successful delivery are not guaranteed.
Panel Swap may also show interstitial advertisements after eligible versus matches. Ads are not intended to appear after every round. Advertising frequency, availability, and providers may change as the game is updated.
Panel Swap may offer a one-time purchase that permanently removes interrupting advertisements for the purchasing store account and provides the in-game VIP life benefit described in the purchase screen. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its payment, cancellation, and refund rules. A refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid purchase may cause the related entitlement to be revoked.
Promotional and in-game redemption codes may be limited by account, player, region, campaign, duration, or number of uses. They have no cash value, may not be resold, and may be withdrawn or corrected if issued or redeemed through error, abuse, or fraud. Anonymous Unity player entitlements may be unrecoverable if local authentication credentials are lost; store purchases can be restored through the purchasing Google Play account where supported.
5. Online play and conduct
Online matchmaking is provided for gameplay against other players. You agree not to:
- cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores or matchmaking;
- interfere with servers, networks, advertisements, or another player’s experience;
- reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create unauthorized copies of the game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the game for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or commercial activity; or
- attempt to access another player’s account, device, or data.
We may remove leaderboard entries, restrict online access, or suspend use when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated or action is needed to protect the game or its players.
6. Virtual progress
Scores, levels, experience, badges, lives, records, and other virtual progress are licensed features of the game. They are not money or property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be balanced, reset, corrected, or discontinued when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or update the game.
7. Third-party services
Panel Swap relies on app stores, device platforms, Unity Gaming Services, LevelPlay, and participating advertising networks. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. WebbStudios does not control the availability of those third-party services or the content of third-party ads.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, balance, repair, change, suspend, or discontinue some or all of Panel Swap. Online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, device limitations, provider changes, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature will always be available.
9. Intellectual property
Panel Swap’s software, original artwork, audio, game name, text, interface, and other original content are owned by WebbStudios or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and services belong to their respective owners.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panel Swap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. WebbStudios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game where such limitations are permitted.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
11. Ending use
You may stop using Panel Swap at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or end access to online services if you materially violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if a service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game or applicable requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
