2. Information handled by the game
Information stored on your device
Color Blast stores game settings and progress locally, including audio preferences, high scores, the age range selected on the neutral age screen, and whether the permanent No Ads entitlement has been recognized. The age-range choice is not sent to WebbStudios, Unity LevelPlay, or an advertising partner. This information is used to operate the game and is not used to create a WebbStudios player account.
Advertising and technical information
Color Blast uses Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads to request and display interstitial ads. Those services may automatically collect or share approximate location derived from IP address, general device and app information, device or other identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information for analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. The game requests child-directed treatment, contextual rather than personalized ads, device-identifier opt-out, and California sale/sharing opt-out settings.
Google Play purchases
If you buy No Ads, Google Play processes the payment. The game and Unity In-App Purchasing receive information needed to offer, confirm, and restore the purchase, such as the product identifier, purchase status, transaction or order identifiers, localized price, and store receipt information. WebbStudios does not receive your complete payment-card number.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to operate and save the game, deliver and measure contextual advertising, prevent fraud and technical abuse, diagnose failures, comply with legal obligations, and confirm or restore the permanent No Ads purchase.
4. Services that may receive information
Information may be processed by Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks that participate in its mediation service, by Unity In-App Purchasing, and by Google Play for app distribution and purchases. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Children’s privacy
Color Blast presents a neutral age-range screen once and stores the selection only on the device. Regardless of the selected range, the game requests child-directed treatment and contextual ads for all players. We do not knowingly ask players to provide a name, email address, birth date, precise location, free-form message, or other account profile inside the game. If you believe a child provided personal information to us outside the game, contact us so we can review the request.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local settings and progress remain on the device until app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled. A permanent Google Play purchase remains associated with the purchasing Google account under Google’s retention rules and may be restored after reinstalling. Third-party providers retain information according to their policies and legal obligations. You can contact us about information under our control at the address below.
7. Security, international processing, and your choices
We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. You may remove local game data through your device settings, decline a purchase, buy No Ads to stop future in-game ad requests, or contact us regarding applicable privacy rights. Buying No Ads does not erase information previously processed by an advertising provider.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
